James Pelletier, formerly of Chester, is the third person arrested this year at Alcott Manor on drug violations, said Lt. James Hughes.
Sgt. Steven Crawford had been investigating Pelletier and obtained a search warrant for Pelletier's room at the manor, a former assisted-living facility, Hughes said.
Pelletier was arrested without incident at 11:20 p.m., Hughes said. He was charged with distribution of heroin, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a narcotic, he said.
