Global warming helps to gardeners

As far as I know, the climate in UK is not the best for various plants and flowers to be grown up there. Actually there’s a striking fact about exotic flora in UK. Now gardeners are able to grow fig trees and date palms which are becoming increasingly popular. The cause is global warming as experts think. Because of warmer temperatures exotic, tropical varieties start to bloom what is basically impossible for the climate of UK. New Scientist recently reported the spread of wild mushrooms across the UK is also supported by Global warming.

Besides it’s become easier for gardeners to cultivate tropical plants in ordinary gardens, so they take advantage of a generally warmer climate.

"Plants such as the Canary Island date palm, olives, fig trees, bananas and the bottlebrush bush are all becoming popular."
